- League is every Wednesday at 7 pm. The league will be 19 weeks total with the start of
the season beginning on Wednesday, April 30 th .
- Dues are $20.00 per week ($2.00 for the six-pack pool & $18.00 towards the prize fund,
banquet & expenses).
- Player numbers will be the luck of the draw and will be pulled at the meeting at the
beginning of the season.
- Players may bring their own shoes. If there is a discrepancy that cannot be resolved on
what shoes to use, house shoes will then be used.
- Teams change every week.
- All games will be played one after the other on the same assigned pit for the week.
- Players will alternate ends of the pit after each game.
- Flip of the shoe decides which team throws first for the start of the first game. After the
first throw, the team that had the last point will throw first.
- All games are to 21, no handicaps.
- Each player is responsible for notifying, in a timely manner, the other three players if
they are going to be late or will not be at horseshoes. Schedules with players phone
numbers will be given to all players.
- Wednesday night is horseshoe night. You need to arrange for a sub when you cannot be
here, or a sub will be arranged for you.
- If there is inclement weather, a text message will be sent for any cancellations.
- Substitute players can only be two up or two down from where you are in the standings.
- If there is a rain-out, the games will need to be made up within two weeks. The timing
of the games can be arranged by the four players of what works best for them.
